New Myrtle Beach Deals: More VMB Card Partners
Even more restaurants, attractions and shops in Myrtle Beach have joined the Vacation Myrtle Beach discounts card! And this can only translate into more savings and a better vacation for guests at Captain’s Quarters and other VMB hotels.
The following area businesses have joined the card since the end of March:
The Olive Shoppe
Located in North Myrtle Beach’s Barefoot Landing, this shop carries olive oils, vinegars and of course stuffed olives. Come in to find new snacks, meat marinades, dressings for salads or bread dipping options. With the VMB card you can get 10% off your purchase.
Cravinleys Beach Café
Located on 76th Avenue in Myrtle Beach, this café is right near another VMB resort- Carolina Winds. And Cravinley’s offers delicious sandwiches, breakfasts, and sweet treats all with a oceanfront location. With your VMB card you can get 15% off all food.
T.I.G.E.R.S
A safari located in the middle of Myrtle Beach offering a chance to view apes, leopards, wolves and of course tigers! Tours run about 3 hours long starting at 10 a.m. from March through October. You can view these and other endangered animals for $20 less with your VMB Card. The deal is good for a party of up to 5 people but remember that children under 6 are not allowed on the tours.
Encounters UFO Experience
A museum that explores reports of U.F.Os and other alien encounters, this family-friendly exhibition has several sections to explore different kinds of stories, from ancient encounters to modern sightings and pop culture. This exhibit will be at Broadway at the Beach through Labor Day so check it out before it vanishes! With your VMB Card you get 30% off an adult admission (ages 13-59).
Dairy Queen
This national chain has a local participant in the VMB Card. The Dairy Queen located near 21st Avenue South (not far from Captain’s Quarters) is offering 50 cents off a blizzard or orange juice smoothie with the presentation of a VMB card. So go and get yourself a discounted sweet treat.
Black Dog Running
This local running gear and supply store with knowledgeable and friendly staff can help you find running or workout shoes that are right for your feet and your style. Located in a sports-themed plaza off of Highway 501 near downtown Myrtle Beach, you can easily visit this store and gear up to get in shape, starting during your vacation or once you get back home. With your VMB Card you can get $10 off any purchase of regularly priced shoes (not already discounted or marked down shoes).
Nosh
A total dining experience south of Myrtle Beach in Pawley’s Island, this restaurant offers a varied menu and a southern atmosphere perfect for a special night out. From southern favorites like crab cakes and she-crab soup to eggplant parmesan or duck breast, this restaurant can please any diner. And with your VMB card you get 10% off food, not including alcohol or holiday specials.
Myrtle Beach Jetpack
This is the latest (and possibly greatest) addition to the Myrtle Beach adventure seekers scene. Myrtle Beach Jetpack Adventures lets you fly over the ocean with a jetpack strapped to your back. Visit this new option at Downwind Sails to see if it is right for you or the adventure seeker on your trip. With the VMB card you can get $10 off per person, though only ages 16 and up are allowed to use the jetpacks.
Freddie Rose Salon
This salon combines the artistic vision everyone wants in a hairdresser with hospitality and customer service. Specializing in color treatments and Keratin smoothing treatments, you can get pampered on your Myrtle Beach vacation! This salon is located right near Ducatti’s pizzeria (another VMB card partner) near 82nd Parkway and Highway 17 Bypass north. With your VMB card you can get 20% off any cut, color or highlighting treatment or service.
There are also six new restaurant partners, all with the same ownership and offering the same VMB card deal- a free appetizer with a $25 food purchase.
Soho 544 Conway
Offers sushi, hibachi and other traditional Japanese food, as well as other options like steaks and ribs, pasta and pad thai. This location is located near Coastal Carolina University and also turns into a night club later in the evening.
Soho Steaks Seafood and Sushi
Located in Myrtle Beach on 21st Avenue North, this Soho location has a more traditional Japanese menu with sushi, hibachi, lo mein, tempura style dishes and seafood as well as some pad thai dishes.
Sugami Sushi Bar and Hibachi
Located near 48th Avenue North this restaurant has a classic Japanese menu and offers a seasonal sushi options and tableside hibachi chefs. The restaurant also has a classic Japanese-style building with Japanese characters decorating the outside.
And the same owners also operate three steakhouses in the Myrtle Beach area:

Charcoal Brazillian Steakhouse
Kansas City Steakhouse
All three of these steakhouses operate out of the same location on North Kings Highway near 20th Avenue North, right near Soho. But these restaurants offer distinctively different dining options- American steakhouse choices, Brazillian steakhouse choices and Japanese Steakhouse choices.
