As for the food? You’ll start the evening with a Southern Salad — a fresh mix of field greens, tomato, cucumber, and white cheddar, topped with ranch or champagne vinaigrette. Now for the entree: a rosemary-marinated airline chicken breast served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
