Myrtle Beach Marathon – February 12 – 14, 2015
Taking place each year during President’s Day Weekend, the Myrtle Beach Marathon draws many runners to Myrtle Beach. The three-day event features a runner’s expo on Feb. 12 and 13, Ripley’s Aquarium Family Fun Run, Junior Post Race Party and Neon 5K on Feb. 13 and the Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay on Feb. 14 followed by the House of Blues Post Race Party. Race start and finish lines vary based on race and include near Grissom Parkway and 21st Ave. N. as well as Ripley’s Aquarium. Online registration is only open until Feb. 4 and space is limited, so be sure to register early if you want to be part of this winter event! It’s a great way to start your New Year’s fitness resolution on the right foot.
