What is the Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan?

Add Captain's Quarters' Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan to your reservation in order to protect your vacation investment for only $30. The VIP Plan can be purchased at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking, and will offer you the following great benefits to give you complete peace of mind before and during your hard earned vacation:

  • Cancel any time before 4 PM on your check in day and your deposit will be refunded in full
  • Make changes to your reservation as you need 
  • In the unfortunate event that you stay is cut short, you will receive a refund for the remaining portion of your stay*

By declining the VIP Plan, you understand that the following will apply to your reservation:

  • The reservation deposit is non-refundable
  • Any changes made to the reservation will incur a $20 change fee
  • No refund for early departures

*If a guest must depart early from a package with a minimum length-of-stay requirement, their package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay and any difference will be refunded. Early departures require checkout by 11:00 AM to avoid the current night’s charge.

Can I choose which floor my room will be on?

We would be more than happy to put in a general request for a higher or lower floor when you make your reservation for your Myrtle Beach vacation. We do our best to accommodate requests, however, we cannot guarantee it. The only room types that are guaranteed to be on a certain floor are the poolside units and the Miami Suite.

Why are my search results showing that there are a minimum number of nights that I need to book in order to stay?

Depending on how busy we are projected to be and when holidays and weekends fall, we sometimes have to require a minimum stay. If your travel dates are flexible, please give us a call and we will do our best to help you find dates that have a lower minimum. If your Myrtle Beach travel dates are not flexible, please visit our resort group’s website, Vacation Myrtle Beach, to find other great Myrtle Beach resorts that may be able to accommodate your travel dates.

When is the best time to book?

Generally, the sooner you book the better. Rates can go up as your Myrtle Beach stay dates approach.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and travelers checks at time of check in at Captain's Quarters Resort Myrtle Beach.

Will I have to pay a deposit?

A cash deposit or credit card imprint is needed when you check in only if you are paying for your reservation in cash.

How much do I have to pay when I book?

When you book you only have to pay for the first night of your reservation to hold your room. The remainder of your balance is due at check-in. If you would like to pay the rest of your bill prior to arriving you may do so by giving us a call.
