2016 Black Friday Near Captain’s Quarters Resort

The Market Common | 8 a.m. Black Friday
The Market Common will be opening at 8 a.m. on Black Friday. Located less than 4 miles from our Myrtle Beach resort, this shopping district is a great place to spend your Black Friday if you are looking for a less crowded and more relaxing shopping experience. Filled with boutique shops and popular stores, Market Common is also home to fantastic dining and a movie theater. You can even take a break from your shopping with a Starbucks coffee from the bookstore at a peaceful pond as you watch the waterfowl that often visit.
Broadway at the Beach | 10 a.m. Black Friday
Broadway at the Beach is another great option if you are looking for more of an outdoor-strolling experience on Black Friday in Myrtle Beach. Their shops will be opening at 10 a.m. and include such choices as Coastal Carolina Winery, Claire’s, House of Style, M.R. Ducks, Tervis, The Paula Deen Store and so much more. Plenty of dining options are also available here such as Hard Rock Café, Original Shucker’s Raw Bar and Ben & Jerry’s.
Coastal Grand Mall | 6 a.m. Black Friday
For a mall experience, you will want to check out Coastal Grand Mall, only about 2.5 miles away. This mall will be opening at 6 a.m., however some stores may choose to open even earlier. Here you will find such stores as Old Navy, Buckle, Belk, Pandora, Sears, H&M and Hollister, just to name a few. They also have delicious options at their food court and plenty of nearby restaurants where you can take a break during your shopping excursion. Stick around for an afternoon matinee at their on-site movie theater.
Tanger Outlets | 6 p.m. Thanksgiving
To get a head start on your shopping, you can check out Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 501 beginning at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day or any time during the evening as they will remain open all night. About 7 miles from our hotel, Tanger will remain open through the night until 10 p.m. on Black Friday. The Myrtle Beach outlet features tons of stores including Coach, GUESS Factory Store, Torrid, Lane Bryant Outlet, Dressbarn, Nike Factory Store and so much more. They also have free Wi-Fi available throughout their complex so you can keep up on the best deals right from your phone.
