Summer Update From Salty the Shark

Salty says hello to all of his Captain’s Quarters Resort friends!



Here is a letter from Salty that he wanted us to pass on:



Dear Friends,



I am having so much fun swimming to Captain’s Quarters Resort everyday! Each day that I come I look forward to meeting new friends who are here on vacation. Sometime I even get to see some of my fellow mascot friends like Sharkey from Ripley’s Aquarium and Splash from the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. It’s so much fun!







I did get in a little trouble though a couple of weeks ago. I got caught relaxing on the job!







I laid down on the hammock and wanted to close my eyes for just a second…but before I knew it there were kids everywhere and they were trying to wake me up because they wanted to meet me! Woops! I guess I can’t use the hammock anymore because I might fall asleep.



On Wednesday’s during the summer I get to go bowling with my friends at the Level 6 Entertainment Center! It’s so cool! We get to see who can bowl the best and it’s so much fun no matter who wins.







I also got to try some arts and crafts this summer with the activities counselors. It was so much fun but I did get a little bit of paint on me. My mom told me to wear an old shirt next time, not my brand new one!







Another fun thing that I got to do this summer is meet Sneaky and Tiki! Tiki is the coolest bird I have ever met!



I can’t believe that summer is just beginning because I have had so much fun so far! I know that there is lots more fun to be had this summer and I can’t wait!
